Job Description
Responsibilities:
Contract length: 24 months Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sell travel packages to clients over the phone and in person
- handling social media
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the travel industry, including trends and new destinations
- Assist clients with travel planning, including booking flights, hotels, tours, and other activities
- Create and maintain detailed itineraries for clients
- Process payments and complete administrative tasks related to bookings
- Communicate with clients throughout the booking process to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience
- Proven sales experience in the travel industry minimum 1 year
- Booking tickets and applying visas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations and travel trends
