We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team at Gomore Travel, specializing in providing exceptional holiday services to ADNOC employees. In this role, you will handle retail holiday packages, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage holiday packages, tailor-made itineraries, and travel services for ADNOC employees and their families.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and post-booking support.
• Recommend suitable travel solutions based on customer preferences and company guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, offers, and promotions to provide the best options for clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of travel consultancy experience in the UAE, with a focus on retail holidays.
• Strong knowledge of holiday destinations, packages, and travel-related services.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for travel and client satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and bookings simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
