Job Title: Travel Consultant

We are currently seeking a talented Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in international travel procedures and booking systems, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong focus on customer service. Experience in corporate travel management, familiarity with Amadeus, Web bookings, and B2B platforms is preferred. Immediate availability and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry are required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking international travel itineraries.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking and travel process.
• Utilize Amadeus and other booking platforms to make reservations.
• Handle corporate travel arrangements and manage B2B relationships effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and travel regulations to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Amadeus and other travel booking systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of corporate travel management practices is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field preferred.
