Job Description
Travel Consultant:
We are seeking skilled Travel Consultants with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry to join our team. Ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of travel booking procedures and systems.
:
- Assist corporate clients in planning and booking various travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours and visas.
- Handle reservations through GDS and various travel service portals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Resolve any issues or complaints from clients related to their travel bookings promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth service and satisfy customers.
- Must be available to provide 24/7 support to managed clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
- Proficiency in travel booking software/systems (GDS) is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
