for RMK Travels and Tour This full-time, on-site role in Dubai requires a Travel and Tours Operator responsible for coordinating a variety of travel arrangements, from booking accommodations and organizing tours to providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role within the travel and tourism industry.
• Skills: - Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in GDS Galileo systems and Tour planning.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected situations.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field, with an attested diploma from the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
• Additional Assets: -
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly advantageous.
• A customer-focused attitude and a strong passion for travel.

Additional Requirement:

• Public Relations Officer (PRO) Knowledge This role also requires familiarity with PRO responsibilities in the UAE, including:
• Visa and Immigration Processes: Handling visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related government formalities.
• Document Processing: Managing labor contracts, Emirates ID applications, and other required documentation.
• Liaison with Government Entities: Coordinating with entities such as the Ministry of Labor and Immigration.
• Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.
• Record Management: Maintaining accurate records of employee documentation and visa statuses.

Salary: Starting 4,000aed based on your UAE experienced

Job Location: Should be ready to relocate to a nearby location which ever branch we assign.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

• Dubai Silicon Oasis: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
