Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel and Tours Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, creating tailored travel itineraries, and ensuring our clients have memorable and hassle-free travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Itinerary Planning: Design and organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services.
• Booking Management: Handle reservations, payments, and confirmations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel process.
• Travel Advice: Offer advice on destinations, travel regulations, and necessary travel documentation.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during the client's trip.
• Sales and Marketing: Promote travel packages and special deals to potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•
• •Strong organizational and time-management abilities.•
• •Proficiency in GDS like Sabre or Amadeus.•
• •Knowledge of global travel destinations and trends.•
• Language: Fluency in English (both oral and written); knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
