Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating our services and closing bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their travel needs and expectations are met.
• Maintain a deep understanding of travel products, services, and visa requirements.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the travel industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of outbound visas and travel destinations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Nationality: Asians (male or female).
