Job Type: Full-Time : We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Travel Agent to join our team. The agent will be responsible for providing flight and hotel booking services to our clients, ensuring a smooth and exceptional travel experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of offering personalized travel consultations and presenting the best travel options available. Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized consultations to clients regarding travel options and booking flights and hotels.
- Complete flight and hotel bookings accurately and efficiently.
- Handle client inquiries and provide necessary support before, during, and after their trips.
- Maintain and update client records, keeping accurate booking details.
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to bookings.
- Recommend travel destinations and hotels based on clients\' needs and preferences.
- Previous experience in travel booking or customer service.
- Good knowledge of airline and hotel booking systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients.
- Proficiency in Arabic and a good command of English.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- High school diploma minimum; preferably holding degrees in Tourism or Business Administration.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
