We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Travel Agent

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating outbound tour packages while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong knowledge of international travel destinations, visa procedures, and the ability to create customized travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and sell outbound tour packages to individual and group travelers. Handle customer inquiries and provide expert guidance on international travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local tour operators to ensure seamless travel experiences. Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and costings for clients. Stay updated with the latest travel trends, promotions, and competitive pricing. Process bookings, confirmations, payments, and necessary travel documentation. Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain good relationships with travel vendors and suppliers. Work towards achieving sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of international destinations and visa procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Customer service-oriented with a passion for travel. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
