We are hiring a travel consultant, Holiday consultant, Global Visa Expert , if you have experience with any of these apply now.

Responsibilities:

• develop and maintain relationships with clients in the travel and tourism industry
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Promote and sell, •Tickets, travel packages, Global Visa Services, UAE Visa, and other tourism services. •
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement sales strategies
• Filmier with the Social Media platforms Requirements:

_ At least 1 years of experience in sales in the travel and tourism industry in UAE _

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills HINDI/ENGLISH

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

If you're a Travel Consultant Expert:

• You must have the skills to communicate with clients and explain the details of specific products.
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a must.
• Proficiency in Hindi is required; English is an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of airport codes and airline rules is also required.

If you're a Holiday Consultant:

• You must have knowledge of each country's tourist spots and popular tours/attractions to suggest to guests.
• A basic understanding of explaining day-wise itineraries is required.
• Familiarity with mailing/messaging suppliers or DMCs is also essential

If you're Global Visa Expert :-

• You must have knowledge of scheduling appointments/slot bookings, creating itineraries, cover letters, and compiling the necessary documents for global visa processes.
• You should also be familiar with the requirements and documents needed for visa applications.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Travel Consultant role located in Dubai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for clients, providing excellent customer service, making reservations, and providing travel advice and recommendations. They will also be responsible for booking and confirming flights, accommodations, and transportation for clients.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangement skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in reservations and travel booking
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
