Job Description
Overall travel industry knowledge and experience.
5+ year of GDS-Amadeus knowledge and proficiency required.
Amadeus proficiency a must.
Competent with all aspects of reservation transactions.
Proficient with International Itineraries and rate structures.
Process IATA BSP weekly reports online.
Provide information on flight schedule, route, fares, restrictions.
Responsible for checking passenger passport, visa and ensuring compliance with airline, customs and country regulation.
Co-ordinate and plan, accommodations, transportation, insurance, tours and activities.
Be accessible and responsive by answering incoming calls, chats whenever necessary.
Make callbacks and follow-up in a timely manner.
Document all records with required information. Keep multiple accounts.
Computer savvy with the ability to navigate between multiple systems.

Ability to prioritize workloads and work to deadlines
Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality are required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
