Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent at EEC Travels. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs, including making travel reservations, arranging transportation and accommodations, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting and selling travel packages. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and requirements and tailor travel arrangements to suit their needs. Qualifications
- Experience in making travel reservations, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to clients
- Knowledge of travel arrangements and visa requirements
- GDS Systems "Amadeus, Galileo.. etc." experience
- Sales skills and the ability to promote and sell travel packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Degree or diploma in hospitality, tourism, or a related field
