- Develop and assemble information packages and promote travel services.
- Book and confirm travel arrangements for clients, including airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, and tour packages.
- Manage client contact data and follow up on payments.
- Process payments and issue invoices for travel services Ensure the availability of sales-related equipment and materials.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and tour operators to negotiate rates and secure bookings. Track the performance of the sales team and drive business.
- Follow up with guests to determine satisfaction and make improvements.
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process. Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them in a timely and efficient manner. Keep clients up to date on travel information..
- Plan and sell transportation, accommodation, insurance, and other travel services.
- 5 years of experience in the travel industry, with experience in sales and customer service.
- Understanding of Middle Eastern travel industry and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Google sheets.
- Ability to speak and understand English fluently
- Fluent Arabic Speaker prioritised.
