Job Description

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Travel Agent Cum Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and sales, with a strong customer service orientation. As a Travel Agent Cum Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling travel packages and services to clients, as well as assisting them with their travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Sell travel packages, including flights, accommodation, tours, and activities, to clients
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and advice based on client preferences and budget
• Research and book travel services for clients, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and travel insurance
• Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure all bookings are accurate and complete
• Assist clients with visa applications, travel documentation, and other travel-related services
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience as a Travel Agent or in a sales role
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and travel products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in booking systems and travel software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
