Duties and Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Understand customers' travel preferences, needs, and budget to recommend suitable travel packages. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the travel products and services offered by the agency. Stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding itineraries, pricing, and inclusions.
• Sales: Present and promote travel packages to potential clients. Customize travel itineraries to meet individual client requirements. Cross-sell additional services such as travel insurance, transportation, and accommodations.
• Customer Support: Provide pre-trip assistance and support, including visa application guidance and travel documentation. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer-related problems.
• Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Generate sales reports and provide feedback to the HR Manager.
