Transportation Engineering Expert
Job Description
Review technical and economic feasibility studies for large-scale transportation projects (Roads, highways, bridges...).
Assess projects to determine their suitability for funding.
Contribute to the development of project evaluation reports.
Review terms of reference for consultants and tender documents for contractors.
Monitor and resolve issues in project execution.
Participate in industry conferences and workshops.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Master's degree or PhD in Transportation Engineering.
At least 12 years of relevant experience working on large scale transportation projects.
Fluency in Arabic and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Good communication skills.
Strong analytical and financial skills.
