Transport Supervisor t

o join our dynamic team.

As a Transportat Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire transportation operation, including fleet management, driver supervision, customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all services are provided efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Driver Supervision & Training:

Lead, supervise, and train a team of drivers. Ensure drivers are well-trained in customer service, safety standards, and proper vehicle operation. Monitor performance, and handle any disciplinary actions or performance issues.

Fleet Management:

Oversee the management, maintenance, and inspection of the entire limousine fleet to ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for use at all times. Schedule regular servicing and repairs as needed.

Scheduling & Logistics:

Coordinate and optimize driver schedules and route planning to ensure efficient operations. Ensure that all bookings are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Customer Service Management:

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring that high levels of customer satisfaction are consistently met. Oversee VIP or special services for high-end clients.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that all vehicles and drivers comply with all regulations, including licensing, insurance, safety protocols, and other legal requirements.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight:

Assist with the creation of budgets for vehicle maintenance, fuel, and other operational expenses. Track and analyze costs to ensure the profitability of the transportation operation.

Safety & Risk Management:

Implement and oversee safety standards for both drivers and passengers. Regularly conduct safety audits, and ensure the team adheres to all safety regulations and company policies.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain and oversee accurate records of trip logs, vehicle maintenance, accident reports, and financial transactions. Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management.

Operational Improvements:

Continuously review and improve operational procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Implement new systems, technologies, or strategies to enhance service delivery.

Vendor & Supplier Management:

Manage relationships with external vendors for vehicle maintenance, fuel suppliers, insurance companies, and other necessary services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing transportation or fleet operations, preferably in the limousine, luxury transport, or similar industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and guide a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in fleet management software and other related tools. Ability to handle budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing a large fleet of vehicles and a team of drivers. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging or high-pressure situations. Understanding of luxury customer service standards and ability to deliver a high-end experience. Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and logistics software.

Work Environment:

Primarily office-based but requires periodic visits to inspect vehicles and drivers in the field. Flexible working hours, with the possibility of working evenings or weekends to ensure fleet operations run smoothly. Occasional travel for meetings with clients, partners, or other locations.
