About the Role

Al Marwan Group is looking for a

Transport Manager

to oversee fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient transport of personnel, equipment, and materials. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in fleet management, routing optimization, and compliance with transport regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage fleet operations and scheduling for personnel and material transport. Optimize vehicle routing and minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety and transport regulations. Monitor fuel consumption and control transport costs. Supervise and train drivers to maintain high operational standards. Coordinate with PMV, logistics, and project teams for seamless transport planning.

Key Objectives

Ensure safe and timely transport of materials and personnel. Minimize fleet downtime and improve efficiency. Reduce transport costs through strategic planning. Maintain vehicle compliance and safety standards.

Skills & Expertise

Fleet management and transport operations. Routing optimization and use of GPS tracking tools. Driver supervision and training. Knowledge of UAE transport regulations and safety standards.

Technology & Tools

Fleet tracking tools (e.g., GPS systems).

Transport management systems for scheduling and optimization.
