A prestigious school in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Transport Manager to oversee and optimize our transportation operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in transport management within a school environment, possess a valid visa, demonstrate excellent leadership skills, and have the ability to enhance efficiency and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily transport operations, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of students and staff.
• Develop and implement effective transportation policies and procedures tailored to a school setting.
• Monitor and analyze transport performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize routes, schedules, and vehicle utilization to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and school policies.
• Lead and train a team of drivers and support staff to maintain high standards of service and safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of transport services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Transport Manager in a school setting.
• Valid visa (residency) owned by the candidate.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
