Job Description
A leading shipping and Freight Forwarding Company is looking for a Transport Coordinator in Dubai. Responsibilities:
- Supervision of day to day transactions.
- Preparation of stock management.
- Preparation and dispatching of finished product.
- Warehouse documentation, reports generation and filing.
- Stock counting
- Updating E FILES
- Preparing check post gate pass
- Checking inbound & out bond
- Computer Knowledge is must
- Preparing Pick list, pack slip, Invoices & Customs Documents
- Coordinating Transport dept. for delivery Plan.
- Outbound Customers handling, Inbound Supplier handling
- Maintains inventory/shipping record
- managing of shipping, loading and unloading of products: 1 year (Required)
- coordinating with distribution team and drivers: 2 years (Required)
- managing the ware house: 1 year (Required)
- Knowledge in Customs Documentation: 2 years (Required)
- Interacting with shipper, consignee and destination agents: 1 year (Required)
- Hindi (Required)
