Job Description
Transport Co-ordinator : Plan and coordinate transportation services for clients, including airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and intercity travel, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
Hotel Bookings: Assist clients in booking accommodations based on their preferences and budget, providing recommendations and arranging reservations as needed.
UAE Visa Arrangements: Facilitate the visa application process for clients traveling to the UAE, ensuring compliance with all visa requirements and assisting with documentation and submissions.
Supplier Coordination: Liaise with transportation providers, hotels, and visa processing agencies to ensure smooth coordination of services and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
