We are seeking an experienced

Transport Coordinator/Cum Public Relations Officer

to join our dynamic team

on immediate basis

at a

reputed Transport company

based in

Abu Dhabi

. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and ready to take on a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily transport operations. coordinate and arrange the driver's daily transport operations Maintain communication with internal and external departments to ensure timely and efficient. Prepare and manage transportation documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain a well-organized transportation database and assist with planning for future transportation needs. A proactive approach, working effectively in coordinating activities and complex tasks, and taking professional responsibility in all matters.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience

as a

Transport Coordinator/ Cum Public Relations Officer

Excellent communication skills in

Arabic

(both written and spoken). Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with excellent time-management skills.

Immediate availability

to join the team. Familiarity with UAE Abu Dhabi transport regulations, safety standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Diploma (Preferred)
