About the job

Our Team: In Sanofi we develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders, presenting information and marketing new products to physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure sales and patient identification numbers are met. To drive patient identification and reimbursement and sustain the patients on treatment, providing support to medical and paramedical communities on the optimum use of the product.

Main responsibilities: Establish trustworthy stakeholders' balance relationship. Actively participate in the development of the medical community throughout the product's life cycle management. Work closely with the medical affairs and the clinical team. To build and develop enduring value-based trusted partnerships, through scientific engagement and exchange, with healthcare professionals and institutions in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment To engage proactively and reactively with healthcare professionals, payers and institutions. To execute the Country Medical Plan. To generate actionable and valuable insights and propose solutions. To create cross functional partnerships and collaborate with internal stakeholders. KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES Establish & manage balanced scientific, personal and professional relations with SEEs to expand understanding of customer research and opportunities for brands. Clear understanding of the healthcare ecosystem from the stakeholders mapping to identifying the key milestones in the patients' journey. Provide to healthcare professionals and decision makers accurate, balanced, and timely answers to requests for the medical required information . Work closely with the medical affairs & the clinical team to coordinate phase IV clinical projects in the field and facilitate the submission of ISSs, publications and assist in site selection for clinical projects Support commercial team activities by serving as a product expert in "Handling objections" during the training sessions. as the main source of "Real Life Medicine (RLM) and SEEs insights from the field directly to the brand team. Actively participate in key medical and scientific conferences by staffing medical information booths, gathering intelligence on competitors and critically observing Sanofi sponsored speakers Receive, report adverse events and transmit internally according to the company procedures Ensure Risk management plan implementation & Monitoring. MSLs communicate in an accurate, fair, and balanced manner, the benefits, risks, appropriate use and clinical value of our products and solutions. MSLs operate independently (with minimal supervision) and develops healthcare networks to navigate the complex local health care environments at national, regional, and local level. MSLs generate and share actionable and valuable insights and propose solutions/actions in a timely manner, utilizing appropriate tools available. MSLs gather data, facts and observations on the external healthcare environment towards generating internal insights. INSIGHT GENERATION MSLs generate and share actionable and valuable insights and propose solutions/actions in a timely manner, utilizing appropriate tools available. INTERNAL COLLABORATION MSLs work closely with their office based medical counterpart to shape, develop and co-execute the Country Medical Plan. MSLs develop and maintain an internal stakeholder network. MSLs provide scientific support for internal functions such as commercial, market access, regulatory/PV and R&D regarding scientific trainings and updates. SUPPORTING EVIDENCE GENERATION MSLs support development and execution of clinical trials. MSLs identify potential data sources and develop partnerships for RWE. Maintain compliance Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company. Ethical Leadership Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements); and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken. About you Experience: Prior 3 years industry experience is a must. Experience in a specialty therapeutic area is preferred. Soft skills: Knowledge of regulatory, commercial and clinical issues affecting industry. Knowledge and experience of Methodology of Clinical Research and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) Capability to communicate at various level of management to include SEEs. Education:

University degree, preferably in life science preferred MD, PhD, PharmD, Advanced degree preferred.

Languages: English - full professional proficiency Arabic - a plus
