As an In-House Translator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and cultural relevance of our communications. You will work closely with our content creators, strategists, and clients to translate and adapt materials for diverse audiences, maintaining the integrity and impact of the original messages.What Youll Do
You will play a fundamental role within the account teams, delivering high-quality work to an array of multi sector clients. Responsibilities will include:
Translate a wide range of documents, including press releases, presentations, and digital content, from English to Arabic and vice versa.
Ensure translations are accurate, culturally appropriate and consistent with the original tone and intent.
Review and proofread translations for accuracy, grammar and style.
Conduct quality checks to ensure translations meet the highest standards of excellence.
Adapt content to resonate with target audiences, considering cultural nuances and preferences.
Work closely with content creators, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of translated content.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring translations align with their brand voice and objectives.

Bachelors degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills in both languages.
At least few years experience in the Gulf region
Experience in the Financial Services, TMT, and energy field and any related sectors is an advantage.
Personal Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong research skills and ability to learn new terminology quickly.
Proficiency in translation software and tools is a plus.
