Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

English to Persian Translator

to join our dynamic real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating a variety of real estate documents, marketing materials, contracts, and client communications from

English to Persian

and vice versa. The role requires fluency in both languages, strong attention to detail, and an understanding of real estate terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate real estate-related documents, such as contracts, brochures, marketing content, legal agreements, and property listings from

English to Persian

and vice versa. Ensure translations maintain

accuracy, context, and cultural relevance

for Persian-speaking clients and investors. Assist in translating and interpreting for

client meetings, negotiations, and property presentations

. Work closely with

sales, marketing, and legal teams

to ensure all translated materials align with the company's branding and legal standards. Proofread and edit translated documents for

grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency

. Support the development of

Persian-language marketing and advertising campaigns

. Keep up-to-date with real estate terminology and industry trends to ensure accurate translations.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Persian (Farsi) is mandatory

(written and spoken).

Proven experience as a translator

or interpreter, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of

real estate, legal, and marketing terminologies

. Excellent

writing and editing skills

in both languages. Ability to work under

tight deadlines

and manage multiple projects. Experience using

translation software/tools

is a plus. Bachelor's degree in

Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field

is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the

real estate, construction, or property investment sector

. Familiarity with

UAE's real estate laws and documentation processes

. Strong interpersonal skills for

client interactions and negotiations
