JOB POSITION: VIETNAMESE TRANSLATOR

JOB SUMMARY:

The Translator will be an integral part of the team working to ensure that the materials are translated accurately to make them more accessible. The position will require to work with the Director of Operations to create professional documents in Mandarin / English / Vietnamese Language.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

oTranslating written and verbal communications within the team.

oEnsuring that the message conveyed is accurate and appropriate.

oTranslate a variety of materials including documents, emails, and web content.

oProofread and edit translations.

oInterpreting in-person when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

oFluency in Mandarin / English and Vietnamese is a must.

oProven experience in administrative or executive support roles.

oExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

oProficient in operating computer office software.

oWork conscientiously and responsibly, with good communication and organizational skills.

oStrong sense of responsibility, proactive and team spirit.

EDUCATION:

oBachelor's degree in Communication or relevant field

EXPERIENCE:

oMinimum 2-3 years
