We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trampoline Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trampoline instruction, a commitment to safety, and the ability to inspire and engage participants of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver safe, engaging, and progressive trampoline classes for children and adults. Provide individualized feedback to help participants improve their skills and techniques. Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and best practices. Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring it is safe and in good condition. Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants. Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and staff regarding progress and upcoming events. Stay updated on the latest trampoline techniques, trends, and safety guidelines. Assist with organizing and participating in special events, competitions, and workshops.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Trampoline Coach or Gymnastics Instructor. Certification in trampoline coaching or gymnastics (preferred). Strong understanding of safety protocols and injury prevention. First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Passion for working with people of all ages and fostering a supportive learning environment.
