Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Supervisor of public transport for taxi's in Abu Dhabi. The Training Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing training and development initiatives, ensuring effective communication, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing supervisory skills to lead the training team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and Prepare Training Course
• Contribute to the development of course content and training material for all the training units according to the material description specified in this policy, with periodically supplementing with multimedia under the guidance of the Manager.
• Deliver Training Course (practical & theory) align with the ITC required standard in terms of content, quality, time and implementation
• Ensure trainee fully grasp the training course and awareness in everything related to taxi transport sector
• Ensure the target number of trainee graduates are meet in required period of time
• Training Administration; Ensure an accurate link between the training outcomes and the extent of the company's
• Supervise and arrange Instructors Schedule and classes respectively
• Scheduling of the training process for each driver in coordination with the training coordinator
• Intend to continuously develop of the training process.
• Supervising the implementation of the ISO 39001 system
• Implementation of training courses related to traffic accidents and their awareness in accordance with the requirements of ISO 39001.
• Submit monthly reports on the trainers' performance to the HR Manager.
• Submitting monthly reports on the performance of drivers to the HR Manager

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Training & Development expertise
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in training programs and curriculum development
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of public transportation regulations (an advantage)
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervisory: 3 years (Required)
• Adult teaching: 2 years (Preferred)
