Developing and implementing training programs: Your primary responsibility would be to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. You would be responsible for ensuring that the training is relevant, engaging, and effective in meeting the hotel\'s business goals. 2. Conducting training sessions: You would lead training sessions for all employees, including new hires and existing staff. You would ensure that all training content is delivered in a clear, concise, and effective manner. 3. Creating training materials: You would create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other learning aids, to support training programs and ensure consistency across different departments. 4. Evaluating training effectiveness: You would evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and provide feedback to employees and management on areas of improvement. 5.
