Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs for different divisions.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
Training Delivery:
Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
Utilize various training methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
Curriculum Management:
Develop training materials, manuals, and resources that align with the company\'s objectives and industry standards.
Ensure all training content is up-to-date and relevant to current industry trends and technologies.
Performance Measurement:
Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and assess employee performance post-training.
Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training initiatives.
Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads and HR to align training strategies with organizational goals.
Partner with external vendors and industry experts to enhance training offerings.
Budget Management:
Manage the training budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize training impact.
Leadership Development:
Identify high-potential employees and create leadership development programs to prepare them for future roles within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master\'s preferred).
Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, preferably in a multi-faceted organization.
Strong understanding of various training methodologies and adult learning principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the technology, retail, or automotive sectors is a plus.
Certification in training or coaching (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is an advantage.
