Job Description

Job Type: [Full-Time-on siteOur client is a group company operating across various sectors, including Technology,Transporation, Retail, etc. They are looking for an experienced Training Manager to provide training initiatives across diverse business units.Key Responsibilities:Training Program Development:
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs for different divisions.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
Training Delivery:
  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
  • Utilize various training methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
Curriculum Management:
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and resources that align with the company\'s objectives and industry standards.
  • Ensure all training content is up-to-date and relevant to current industry trends and technologies.
Performance Measurement:
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and assess employee performance post-training.
  • Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training initiatives.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with department heads and HR to align training strategies with organizational goals.
  • Partner with external vendors and industry experts to enhance training offerings.
Budget Management:
  • Manage the training budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize training impact.
Leadership Development:
  • Identify high-potential employees and create leadership development programs to prepare them for future roles within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master\'s preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, preferably in a multi-faceted organization.
  • Strong understanding of various training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the technology, retail, or automotive sectors is a plus.
  • Certification in training or coaching (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms.
