We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience within the UAE and hold a Diploma in Training/Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training Needs Assessment : Identifying the training needs of employees and the organization as a whole through various methods such as surveys, performance reviews, and consultation with managers.
• Training Program Design : Developing training programs that align with organizational goals and address identified needs. This involves designing curriculum, selecting appropriate training methods (e.g., workshops, e-learning, on-the-job training), and creating training materials.
• Training Delivery : Facilitating training sessions either personally or by coordinating with external trainers. This includes ensuring that training sessions are engaging, informative, and meet learning objectives.
• Evaluation and Feedback : Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation methods such as post-training surveys, feedback sessions, and analyzing performance improvements. Making adjustments to training programs based on feedback and evaluation results.
• Budgeting and Resource Management : Managing the training budget effectively, including planning expenditures for training materials, external trainers, venues, and other resources needed for training programs.
• Employee Development Planning : Working with managers and HR to create individual development plans for employees based on their career goals and performance gaps identified through training needs assessment.
• Training Administration : Handling logistical aspects of training programs, such as scheduling sessions, booking venues, coordinating with participants, and maintaining training records.
• Staying Updated : Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices in training and development, and new technologies that can enhance training effectiveness.
• Promoting a Learning Culture : Encouraging a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization by promoting training opportunities, recognition of learning achievements, and fostering a supportive environment for personal growth.
• Compliance and Legal Considerations : Ensuring that training programs comply with legal requirements and industry standards, especially in areas such as safety training, diversity training, and anti-discrimination training.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with advance knowledge in training and engineering within UAE.
• Excellent leadership and organisation skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
