We are seeking an experienced BICS certified Training and Development Manager for our client based in Abu Dhabi which is a leading cleaning & FM company.
In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be identifying training needs,training the training officers at various levels, designing relevant programs, and assessing their impact on employee performance and loyalty.
As a Training Manager, you will collaborate with various departments and site training officers to ensure employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Successful candidates for this position must be BICS certified trainer with minimum 10 years experience in FM and Cleaning services industry in UAE, with minimum 5 years experience at any hospital site.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing employee skills, improving performance, increasing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
