Training Design & Journey Skills: Designing and collating comprehensive training journeys for different layers of the organization
L&D Specialization: Specialized in Training and L&D functions or experience in a matrix corporate structure
Technical Skills & Technology Proficiency: Excellent technical expertise and ability to leverage technology & training authoring tools like Articulate, Adobe and I-Springs for example to create digital content
Oversee and manage internal training systems, including LMS, digital platforms, and Global Learning Portals.
Leverage technology to generate comprehensive reports on training effectiveness and budget utilization.
Facilitate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) sessions, gather feedback and translate insights into actionable training initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive training records and manage L&D mandatory licenses, ensuring timely renewals.
Manage logistics for training events, workshops, and room bookings, collaborating effectively with relevant departments.
Champion initiatives to elevate the L&D function through internal marketing and communication channels.
Training Design:
Conduct comprehensive TNAs to identify performance gaps and design targeted training programs that address specific needs.
Spearhead the L&D digital transformation by crafting engaging and impactful face-to-face, eLearning, virtual, and instructor-led programs.
Utilize multimedia authoring tools and learning technologies to create end-to-end training content that is both informative and interactive.
Develop and disseminate pre and post-training resources to enhance knowledge retention and application, including interactive infographics, situational simulations, and videos.
Training Programs Delivery:
Facilitate diverse training programs, including DHL Express global programs, cross-functional training, internally developed soft skills and leadership workshops, asynchronous courses, roadshows, and bite-sized learning modules.
Manage and deliver the induction process for new joiners, collaborating closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Partner with the L&D manager to design and update the digital "Know-How" orientation programs.
Programs Evaluation, Effectiveness, and Advancing ROI:
Conduct rigorous evaluations for completed internal training programs to assess effectiveness and measure ROI, using effective evaluation models such as Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4 and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with operational leaders to evaluate the transfer of learning from training to on-the-job performance, utilizing enhanced KPIs for validation.
Guide employees in aligning their behaviors with global development program attributes, fostering personal and professional growth.
Coach and mentor staff and managers on implementing L&D interventions, maximizing the impact of training initiatives.
Key Capabilities:
Demonstrated experience in instructional design, customized training interventions, digital content creation, innovation, and agile project management.
familiar with and able to use digital content software like Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Elucidate, iSpring, Lectora Inspire and Isotropic
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

YOUR PROFILETechnical Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum three years of experience in HR learning and development/training or as a field trainer in the GCC market.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; Master's degree preferred.
HR/training qualification (CIPD, SHRM or equivalent), familiarity with digital content creation software, and Coaching experience/certificate.
