Responsible for the training delivery to our housekeeping & cleaning employees
Monitor performance and take corrective actions through training
Ensure that services delivery complies with the agreed certified standards covering quality, health & safety, environment, and people
Continually improve the process for gathering and reporting of service performance information for corrective/improvement actions and new methods of work.
Deploy a wide variety of training methods
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new cleaning employees
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices related to Hospitality services
Utilize, help develop and maintain effective ICT systems to enhance performance, transparency, and management information
Create and sustain a strong customer orientation within delivery services focusing on operational excellence
Achieve continuous improvement across all key areas of responsibility
Skills
2 years of relevant experience within a similar role
Proven work experience as a Training Specialist within Facilities Management and/or 5-star Hotel environment
Track record of executing successful training programs
Track record of delivering cleaning & hospitality orientated training solutions, motivating and empowering team members
Passion for cleaning
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training)
Excellent communication in English - Hindi/Urdu is a strong plus
Strong record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
