Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to manage and oversee our company's training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, as well as monitoring their effectiveness. This role ensures employees have access to development opportunities that enhance their skills, align with organizational goals, and foster continuous learning.
What you'll do:
• Plan, schedule, and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.
• Maintain a training calendar and ensure timely communication of sessions.
• Assist in the design and development of training materials (presentations, handouts, etc.).
• Liaise with internal trainers or external consultants to deliver effective training programs.
• Ensure training materials are updated and aligned with company standards and policies.
• Track and document employee participation, feedback, and progress in training programs.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare reports on training activities, completion rates, and program effectiveness.
• Collect and analyze feedback to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Suggest improvements and enhancements to training content and delivery methods.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee training and development.
• Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Assist in certifications or accreditation processes related to training.
What we're looking for:
• Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
• Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles is a plus.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
