Job Summary:
Edoxi Training Institute is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination of training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, organizing, and ensuring smooth delivery of all training activities while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction. This role involves working closely with trainers, students, and administrative staff to provide effective and efficient training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the logistics of all training sessions (scheduling, venues, materials).
• Liaise with trainers and trainees to ensure smooth communication regarding course schedules and requirements.
• Ensure that training materials are prepared and distributed ahead of time.
• Monitor attendance, maintain records, and track training feedback.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new training programs.
• Provide administrative support to trainers and students, resolving any issues that may arise during the course.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure courses are promoted and well-attended.
• Manage the training calendar and update participants on any changes.
• Prepare and distribute certificates to participants after successful course completion.
• Support trainers in setting up equipment and training tools when needed.
