Training Coordinator
We are in search of a Training Coordinator who will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing training needs within our Academy. They will develop comprehensive training plans, deploy effective training methods, and evaluate the success of training programs. Additionally, they should stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the institution's training initiatives remain aligned with organizational goals and student development needs.
Responsibilities
? Develop individualized training plans to address specific needs and expectations, Utilize a diverse range of training methods to effectively deliver training programs.
? Facilitate engaging induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
? Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of training programs and projects regularly, making adjustments as necessary.
? Manage training technologies and technical personnel required for training development and delivery.
? Oversee various training programs, including webinars, printed manuals, group sessions, and training videos.
? Determine training requirements by consulting with manager's, customers, and liaising with the marketing team.
? Monitor and update training programs and materials to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
? Address learning issues and instructional problems in collaboration with executive s.
? Manage costs associated with training programs and projects and report ROI to organizational executives.
? Specialize in a particular industry and stay updated on industry activities and needs.
? Keep abreast of new educational and training techniques and methods to enhance training effectiveness.
Training Coordinator Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (essential).
A minimum of 2 years' experience in training and development management (essential).
Have educational background
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs and overseeing related projects.
Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strategic and creative mindset.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
