We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Training Coordinator to join our team in Al Ain. This position requires fluency in both Arabic and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating training programs, ensuring smooth operation, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Training Programs: Organize training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
Communication: Serve as the primary contact for trainers and participants, providing necessary support and resolving issues.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential training records and databases.
Scheduling: Develop and manage training schedules and calendars.
Materials Development: Assist in creating training materials and resources.
Evaluation: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks related to training programs, such as tracking attendance and collecting feedback.
Compliance: Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sector Experience: Experience in the education or training sector.
