To manage and lead the functioning of the EAT Training Delivery team, responsible for the overall management of the administrative support to the Head of Training and his direct reports.Accountabilities- Coordinate the Training Delivery team to deliver key objectives including but not limited to instructor utilization and trainee performance management and productivity optimization.
- Oversee day to day training delivery and resource availability in line with Aviation Training productivity. Identify delivery optimization opportunities for EAT by continuously engaging with existing customers, instructors and administrative personnel. Coordinate daily Training Delivery operations, including but not limited to training disruptions. Manage course bookings and necessary facility allocation
- Ensure that in the area of responsibility, quality management procedures are established and maintained, and that quality control and quality goals are observed.
- Manage relationships between EAT and current customers so that all terms are fulfilled, particularly a contract\'s delivery expectation. Support the Head of Training and his direct reports by leading or assisting with relevant tasks.
- Support the HT and his deputies to lead the performance analysis of all candidates and assess all risks and make recommendations, based on a thorough analysis of all factors and resources involved.
- Lead the development and manage all existing process automation projects in line with EAG policies, procedures and available resources. Develop and maintain all internal delivery digital workspaces and their related task and issue lists.Requirements: Education & Experience- Bachelor\'s degree (preferably in business management)
- Minimum of 2 years\' experience in a commercial/finance environment.
