Job Description

Training Consultant, your responsibilities would include:

• Conducting Skills Gap Analyses:
• Identifying knowledge and skills gaps within the organization.
• Assessing the training needs of employees.
• Mapping Out Annual Training Plans:
• Developing long-term training plans for internal teams.
• Creating a roadmap for employee development.
• Preparing Educational Material:
• Designing instructional material, such as training manuals and ordering relevant books.
• Ensuring that educational content aligns with organizational goals.
• Selecting Training Methods:
• Choosing appropriate training methods, including on-the-job coaching, conferences, workshops, and e-learning courses.
• Keeping trainees engaged through interactive sessions, such as outdoor activities and role-playing exercises.
• Assessing Training Impact:
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs on employee performance.
• Gathering feedback from both trainees and trainers after each session.
• Liaising with External Partners:
• Collaborating with external training providers when necessary.
• Outsourcing training programs as needed.
• Maintaining Records:
• Updating the curriculum database and training records.
• Preparing cost reports for each learning program.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Training Consultant or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience organizing corporate training events.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS).
• Knowledge of traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
• Understanding of Talent Management and succession planning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple trainings simultaneously.
• A degree in Education, Human Resources Management, or a relevant field.
