• Devise and execute a robust training strategy aligned with industry standards and business goals.
• Lead the creation and implementation of impactful training programs, managing budgets and fostering vendor relationships.
• Conduct needs analysis, assess current and future training needs, and collaborate with stakeholders for holistic development.
• Design individualised learning paths and programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and behaviours.
• Drive competency development for a highly skilled retail network, especially preceding new model launches.
• Evaluate and manage the quality and effectiveness of training programs to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Assess and oversee the skills and knowledge of trainers, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Manage Training Academy facilities and resource requirements, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
• Implement a diverse range of training methods, including mobile learning, virtual classrooms, and coaching.
• Provide crucial support to importers in recruitment, engagement, and KPI-driven training activities.
• Contribute to the development and execution of effective reward and retention strategies.
• Stay abreast of evolving learning trends, industry developments, and best practices.

Ideal Candidate

• Holds a university degree in Business Administration/Commerce or a related field.
• Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive OEM sector as Training Manager.
• Demonstrates a proven track record in influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in management skills related to Training Centre operations and financials.
