- Deliver product training, refresher courses, broker training, on-the-job training, and process-related workshops to ensure competency at all levels
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate and incorporate them into training programs
- Develop and maintain training materials, including handouts, presentations, e-learning modules, quizzes, and learning aids
- Design and implement training workshops within the assigned budget
- Collect training feedback, track learning impact, and assess return on investment for continuous improvement
- Manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate training activities across various projects and locationsRequired Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a corporate training environment
- Proven experience as a sales trainer, preferably in real estate
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and other learning tools
- Additional certification in training and development is a plus
