Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs across all departments, in line with the organization's structure and goals. This role is essential in ensuring our team members have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all departments, including Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Administration.
• Conduct training sessions using various methods such as workshops, e-learning, and hands-on activities to suit different learning styles.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials and ensure they reflect the latest industry standards and company policies.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to reinforce training and encourage continuous improvement.
• Track and report on the progress of trainees and provide feedback to management.
• Stay informed of new training methods, techniques, and industry trends to enhance the training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training or similar role, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
