JPC - 3358 - Training and Development Specialist Active Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Business Unit: Abu Dhabi Operations UAE Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Languages: Bilingual, Arabic and English Training and development specialist Contract Duration 6Months Experience 5 years in the same field - Responsibilities Responsible for individual development plans based on performance evaluation Manage and handle the required appraisal as one of the inputs to training plans. Conduct needs analysis and review training requests to prioritize development to maximize the impact for development. Present in a Training Curriculum subsection (technical, soft skills or leadership) and identify and develop curriculum extensions. Practice program and project management. Manage relationships specialty consultants and direct vendors in the design, development and presentation of training programs and materials. Conduct and facilitate training programs and manage online web enabled training programs. Review and research market trends, new legislation and practices, conduct assessments and utilize other available information to make recommendations and incorporate findings into training materials. Network and partner with client group, other HR professionals and trainers to stay abreast of training trends and issues and incorporate best practices into of training and development. Consult with Legal counsel in the development of training programs to ensure compliance with legislation and regulations. Manage and solicit enrolment and class coordination for participants, locations, and equipment.
