Currently recruiting for an experienced Training & Development Manager for this exciting international strategy, concept & design firm focused on hospitality and F&B based in Dubai.The firm boasts a global presence with several international offices - where they focus on creating unique experiences, tailored environments that are profitable, concept driven, market-led & operationally feasible.About the role: As Training and Development Manager your role will be to oversee the design, implementation, & management of comprehensive training programs aimed at improving the skills & performance of employees.As part of your responsibilities, you will be involved in strategic HR planning alongside heads of department & will also provide support in recruitment, employee career development initiatives & other HR-related tasks.Key responsibilities:
Develop company policies for employee growth, development & career progression
Develop & create employee trainings & company LMS
Onboarding coordination
Work closely with the Director of Business Operations to develop, refine, and implement the organizations training and development plan, ensuring alignment with business goals
Support in strategic initiatives, including the development of an HR strategy, the creation of a recruitment strategy, and the formulation of an action plan aimed at establishing ourselves as number one best place to work in UAE.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees seeking to discuss workplace issues or personal concerns in a confidential and non-judgmental environment
Lead and communicate HR-related initiatives, and assess their impact on the company
Manage internal communication related to human resources and talent
Make sure that HR records are maintained accurately and kept current in accordance with company policies within the company database
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus
Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in training and development or HR, preferably in a consulting / hospitality / interior design services environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
(Preferred) Tech savvy. Experience with learning management systems and various training tools and technologies (e.g., loom, zoo, trainual, etc.)
