About Us: Tadasei Consults is committed to fostering growth and enhancing the skills of employees within our client organizations. We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead our training programs and initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement effective training and development programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
- Manage training budgets and resources.
- Collaborate with HR and management to align training with business goals.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training and development.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
