Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of employees at all levels of the organization

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
Maintain training records and documentation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
