Job Description
Our Client is a Startup company developing unique software solution for restaurants to provide users with modern and smart dining experience. He has launched the first version of the system recently and is looking to hire professional core technical team to manage and work on the development process and roadmap.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Travel to different restaurant branches to conduct onboarding sessions for waiters.
\xc2\xb7 Teach waiters how to use our application effectively and efficiently.
\xc2\xb7 Provide hands-on training and support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
\xc2\xb7 Address questions, concerns, and technical issues raised by restaurant staff.
\xc2\xb7 Gather feedback and report back to the company to help improve our application and training materials.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that waiters are confident in using our technology before moving on to the next branch.
\xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with our application\'s features and updates.
Qualifications:
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\xc2\xb7 Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn.
\xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel to various restaurant branches (2-day stays per branch).
\xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt to different environments and work with diverse teams.
\xc2\xb7 Basic understanding of mobile applications and technology.
\xc2\xb7 Passion for teaching and helping others.
