Job Description

We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver our specialised courses on Oil and Gas Operations System. Our courses is designed for professionals in the oil and gas industry, focusing on safety and efficiency in simultaneous operations, both offshore and onshore. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering in-depth training on operations methodologies, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, and the critical roles and responsibilities involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate comprehensive training sessions, ensuring that delegates gain practical skills in operations planning, risk management, and operational procedures.

Teach the fundamentals and applications of Simultaneous Operations System, including RASCI role definitions, change control, and management review.

Provide hands-on instruction on key safety protocols and emergency response within offshore and onshore environments.

Enable participants to adapt to dynamic environments by instilling robust planning and organisational skills.

Ensure that delegates understand the consequences of non-compliance and the importance of adhering to operations guidelines to prevent risks to personnel, equipment, and the environment.

Requirements

Strong understanding of both offshore and onshore simultaneous operations, especially in high-risk areas such as marine terminals, subsea operations, and construction sites

Proficiency in HSE guidelines, permit-to-work systems, and risk assessment methodologies

Certified trainer or gifted public speaker

Conducted at least 10 training courses

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and Google Workspace

Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms

Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels and ages

Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
