Job Description

The Trainer of Trainers (TOT) is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of other trainers within the organization. This role involves mentoring, coaching, and providing ongoing support to ensure that trainers are equipped to effectively educate and engage their participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, programs, and modules tailored for trainers across various subjects and skill levels.
• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for trainers, utilizing diverse instructional techniques to cater to different learning styles.
• Mentorship: Provide ongoing mentorship and support to trainers, including one-on-one coaching, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Needs Assessment: Collaborate with management to assess training needs and identify gaps in trainer performance and knowledge.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in adult learning and training methodologies, integrating them into programs as appropriate.
• Facilitation Skills: Model effective facilitation skills and techniques to enhance the trainers' ability to deliver impactful learning experiences.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on training outcomes, participant feedback, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a trainer, facilitator, or educator, with a focus on training development and delivery.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of trainers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using technology and digital platforms for training delivery.
